Exchanges and Returns

Wrong size or simply changed your mind? No problem — email us at shop@latexfauna.com, and we will help you arrange an exchange or return.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • your order number;
  • the reason for the exchange;
  • the new item or size you would like;
  • the details of the person who should receive the replacement item:
    • full name;
    • phone number;
    • city;
    • Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker number.

We will reply with instructions and the shipping details for sending the item back to us.

An item may be exchanged if it has not been used and retains its original appearance and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement as quickly as possible. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item or size.

The customer covers the cost of sending the original item and delivering the replacement. If the exchange is required because of our mistake or a product defect, we will cover the delivery costs.

Returns

To arrange a return, email us at shop@latexfauna.com and include:

  • your order number;
  • the item you would like to return;
  • the reason for the return.

Our manager will provide all the necessary instructions and shipping details.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the details with you and issue the refund using the bank details you provide.

If Something Is Wrong with Your Order

Received a damaged or defective item, or something different from what you ordered? Email us at shop@latexfauna.com and attach photos — we will quickly look into it and make things right.

Items of satisfactory quality may be exchanged or returned subject to the restrictions established by Ukrainian law.
