Payment and Delivery
Payment
Orders are paid online by bank card during checkout and are considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully completed.
Payments are processed through a secure payment service. The store does not store full payment card details.
Delivery within Ukraine
We deliver orders via Nova Poshta:
- to Nova Poshta branches;
- to Nova Poshta parcel lockers.
Regular orders are dispatched within three days after successful payment.
Vinyl records
Orders containing vinyl records are dispatched within 3–5 business days — we carefully pack each record to make sure it reaches you safely.
Delivery costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta rates and are paid by the customer.
The storage period at a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker is determined by Nova Poshta’s policies.
International delivery
International delivery is currently arranged individually.
If you would like to order an item for delivery outside Ukraine, email us at shop@latexfauna.com and let us know what you would like to order and the destination country.
Our manager will review your request and confirm whether delivery is possible, along with the estimated timeframe, cost and other details. We cannot guarantee delivery to every country, but we will do everything within our capabilities to find a solution.
